Kisan Khidmat do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes without your explicit consent of our website. We view the protection of users’ privacy as a very important community principle. We store and process your information on computers that are protected by physical and technological security devices. You can access and modify the information you provide and choose not to receive certain communications by signing in to your account. We use third parties to verify and certify our privacy principles. If you object to your information being transferred or used in this way please do not use our services.
INDEMNITY
You will indemnify and hold us (and our officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures, and employees) harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of this Agreement, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
NO AGENCY
This Agreement intends or creates no agency, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer, or franchiser-franchisee relationship.
NOTICES
We shall send notices to you by email to the email address or mobile number you provide to ‘Kisan Khidmat’ during the registration process. Notice shall be deemed given 24 hours after the email is sent unless the sending party is notified that the email address is invalid. Alternatively, we may give you legal notice by registered mail to the address provided during the registration process. Notices sent to you by registered mail shall be deemed to have been received by that party three days after the date of mailing.
TERMINATION
In addition to any other legal or equitable remedies, we may, without prior notice to you, immediately terminate the Terms and Conditions or revoke any or all of your rights granted under the Terms and Conditions. Upon any termination of this Agreement, you shall immediately cease all access to and use of the Site, Android app, or IOS app, and we shall, in addition to any other legal or equitable remedies, immediately revoke all password(s) and account identification issued to you and deny your access to and use of this Site, Android app, IOS app in whole or in part. Any termination of this agreement shall not affect the respective rights and obligations (including without limitation, payment obligations) of the parties arising before the date of termination. You furthermore agree that the Site, Android app, or IOS app shall not be liable to you or to any other person as a result of any such suspension or termination. If you are dissatisfied with the Site, Android app, IOS app, or with any terms, conditions, rules, policies, guidelines, or practices your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the Site, Android app, or IOS app of Kisan Khidmat
USER’S DATA/DELETION
Users can create their account in Kisankhidmat.pk via Facebook, Google, and Apple account, and by email address. By creating an account users can easily place their orders on our website Kisankhidmat.pk and in the “My Account” section, they can view orders history and keep a record of their orders and other data. We use your data for keeping your order history and for contacting you for the delivery of orders. You can also ask for deleting your account and your data and we will permanently delete your account and all your data. You can also create your account again.
